The green power generated by wind, solar, energy storage micro grid system will supply power to the Barracks and promote the civil and military integration development
The completion of the hoisting of the last set of wind turbines On November 1, marks that the 9 sets of 20kW pitch controlled wind turbines were all successfully installed in place according to the time plan. In order to ensure that all units are put into operation and power supply as scheduled before winter, the construction personnel enter the tight and orderly system commissioning work after a slightly rest.
The project locates at Yecheng County, Xinjiang province, belonging to the alpine area ,nearly to the border, with an average altitude of 3500 meters. In the design stage of the project, after many site surveys, combined with the characteristics of the site environment and electricity demand, the designers have developed a scheme of wind, solar, diesel and energy storage multiple energy system. The wind and solar is as the main power source of this system; The energy storage battery is as the auxiliary power source, And the diesel power is as the standby power source; It also equipped with an intelligent management system. The effective use of clean and renewable resources such as local scenery for day and night power generation can fully meet the comprehensive energy demand of military lighting, heating and other living and combat readiness training equipment.
We believe that the experience and achievements of the project will provide a model for promoting the application of green renewable energy in the army, exploring the integration of military and civilian development in the field of new energy, and solving the problem of energy use guarantee in the "High altitude, No electricity" boarder area. At the same time, we will continue to implement the development strategy of civil military integration and to make unremitting efforts for the application and promotion of civil military integration and new energy micro grid technology.
