In the process of change from Traditional power grid to Intelligent micro power grid, to extend the distributed power grid and absorb more renewable power source is one of the main tasks. Higher performance:
The traditional yawing wind turbines have the fixed blades angle, but the blades angle of our pitch controlled wind turbines can be adjusted following with different wind speed. The initial big angle ensures the wind turbine can start working at lower wind speed; The negative blades angle over rated wind speed can ensure the wind turbine to have a stable rated output. Plus the two wind speed areas, our pitch controlled wind turbine can generate about 30~40% electricity more than yawing wind turbine at same wind condition. The micro grid system needs power to keep recycle, so our pitch controlled wind turbine will be the first option.

Higher safety:
For the traditional yawing wind turbine, when the wind speed is large, once the rotating speed goes up, the yawing will be delayed or be not function, then after long time running, the generator will be burnt easily, even the wind rotor will fly out. But for our pitch controlled wind turbine, the minus blades angle @high wind speed will reduce the rotating speed , ensuring no over rotating speed forever, no burnt for generator forever. Adding our APS system (Auto brake system), double protections realize the most safety wind turbines in the micro grid system.

Higher integration:
The PLC of the our ASP system’s controller can communicates with the bi-direction inverter or main control cluster of the micro grid system, by dry point connecting or different models of communication. The communication ensures the better integration, and also make sure the system can control our pitch controlled wind turbine as per the system requirement. At the same time, the self-developed remote monitor system ANE-VIEW,realize the information change between turbine and system, user can check the real time data and running status etc.
