According to the Hongkong news in April 17, recently the Hongkong government published a plan details about “Grid tied power price”. Under this new policy, the government allow and encourage the folk person or organization to install the new energy system, including wind power, solar power etc, then sell electricity generated by new energy product to the local two big power companies. The payback electricity price initially be planed to 3~5RMB. The payback time will be from 2015 to 2033.
